In the later maintenance process, it needs more professional technology to support.
I. System maintenance
The electronic pound system is the brain of the whole electronic pound, and the maintenance of the system is crucial to the accuracy of the weighing apparatus.Must be from the following process, in accordance with the requirements before the normal operation.
1. After the electronic weighing apparatus is installed, it must be checked and verified to be qualified by the corresponding national metrology authority before use.A certificate is required before it can be put into use.
2. Check whether the electronic pound grounding device is in good condition and whether the display is normal after electrification.
3. Before use, it is necessary to check whether all kinds of weighing parts are normal.
4. The weighing display controller shall be preheated by starting up, generally about 30 minutes.
5. If the electronic pound accessories have welding effect, zero line of weighing apparatus is prohibited.
6. For electronic weighing apparatus in the field, drainage must be checked frequently to see if there is any blockage at the bottom of the electron pound
7. Keep the junction box dry. If there is water, blow dry it in time.
8. Proofread regularly to keep the accuracy of the weighing device.
9. When weighing, do not exceed the rated weight.
10. Operators of the company and instrument maintenance personnel shall read the manual and relevant technical documents before they can take up the post for operation.
Ii. Computer maintenance
1, the computer grounding check is good, no problem.
2. It is strictly prohibited to frequently switch on and off the computer, resulting in computer failure, etc.
3, the computer away from water, do not let the computer performance damage.
4, do not use the external CD, in order to prevent computer poisoning.
(5) Do not use hard objects, such as screwdrivers, to hit the keyboard.
(6) The machine room shall be kept clean and the temperature shall meet the requirements of the host machine manual.
(7) Operators shall be trained before taking up their posts.
